# How do I view CVs and manage candidates that have applied?

\- All candidates can be managed through our Applicant Tracking System. This takes the applications from everywhere your job is advertised and collates them into one place.

\- All the CVs are stored on the system for you to view at any time.

\- We also offer CV and candidate screening! This means we can manage your candidates right up to the interview stage to save you time.

\- The Applicant Tracking System also has easy to use email templates for a smooth and professional candidate experience.
